About this course
AI coding tools made it possible to build real, working software without ever learning the craft underneath it. That’s genuinely great. But there’s a gap: the tools happily write code for you and quietly assume you know what a commit is, why tests exist, or that committing your API key is a bad day waiting to happen.
SWE for Vibe Coders fills that gap. It teaches the small set of software-engineering fundamentals that stop you from losing work, breaking things in production, or getting stuck the moment the AI’s suggestion doesn’t work. No computer-science degree, no gatekeeping — just the practical stuff, taught the way you actually learn: by doing.
How it works
- Short lessons. Each one covers a single idea in a few minutes.
- Check-yourself questions. Quick interactive prompts so you know an idea landed before you move on.
- Real practice. Modules end with a hands-on exercise in an actual repo — because reading about git isn’t the same as using it.
Who it’s for
Anyone who can already make things with AI and wants to level up the engineering around it — indie hackers, designers-turned-builders, founders, and honestly the author of this course too. If you’ve ever thought “I probably should understand what this command does,” you’re in the right place.
